NovelXP respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting a claim of infringement

If you believe content hosted on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL(s) of the specific material you are asking us to remove.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
